We had a GREAT 4th of July! We went to Mark's sisters house and spent the weekend with them. Its always fun to get together with family. :) On Saturday we started our holiday with a good swim. The kids had a great time together.
(Sorry pictures aren't very good, I was holding Austin most of the time)
Cannonball!!!

After swimming Jonathan started getting dinner together. We had an amazing spread with both beef and pork rids, German potato salad, corn, grilled pineapple, onions, zucchini, and something that looks like a pear but is really some kind of squash, a yummy pasta salad, chips and beans. It was de-lish! What you see below is what was left over after our feasting. :D

Then we headed all the way to the front yard for some fireworks. There were about 6 houses doing fireworks so we got a nice show. The kids had a blast doing sparklers...well, everyone except Shayna. She got scared at the first sight of fire and headed back inside for chips and a movie, poor girl. (notice her in the corner of this pix looking not very happy) And this was Austins first 4th of July celebration. He did fine when I was holding him which is the case in most situations lol.
